This client is very happy to recover without using any drugs.
History: Since Feb 2018 (she stayed in Brunei) ezcema started. Not sure what the cause was but she suspected the rice wine she made for Chinese New Year. She was also under a lot of stress then (usually for flareups, you need all factors coming together: genetic, stress, environmental pollution, wrong food, bad habits etc). Patches appeared on arms first, then legs, then on her entire back, hips and neck. Doctor gave her steroid cream/antihistamine, it went away for a while, but came back on and off.
March/ April 2020, it spread to whole body. More steroid cream/med had it under control until Aug 2020, eczema flareup again. This time she felt it was going to be bad. Even with steroid and antihistamine, her wrists, arms, back and area around knees started to have very itchy spots. She read online and found Body Inc (She came to Singapore in July 2020).
We put her on #2OneResetDetoxProgram on 19 Oct 2020. After 5 days of detox, she got some flareup up around underarm and neck (which very rarely flareup), waistline and front of knee. We advised her to rest and allow her own immune system and skin to heal by itself. Flareup went off and skin started to recover with only a clean diet and natural remedies.
By 4 Nov, her skin was quite ok now (swipe⬅️ see pic). 70-80% skin recovered. Itch almost to zero. Skin on the neck was still dry, underarm bra area sometimes itch a little at night but it didn't affect her sleep. Now she can sleep well throughout the night. Also, no more pain before menses. She used to have very bad cramps a wk before menses for many yrs.
Last time she didn't dare to wear short sleeve. Now she could wear anything. She is very thankful to Body Inc team.
Unlike childhood eczema which involves longer period of flareups (skin is weakened), more prescriptive drugs taken over the yrs (harder to detox) and complications with genetic factors, this kind of eczema is easy to settle. A clean diet, some immune support with supplements can see good results.
