A nutritious breakfast in the morning is the best way to start your day right, feed your body with the essential nutrients it needs, kick start your metabolism and help you focus better in work.

A few simple yet healthy breakfast ideas for you!

1. Reduced-fat peanut butter and banana toast. Spread peanut butter on a slice of wholemeal bread and top with sliced banana.

2. Berries and yoghurt smoothie topped with chia seeds.

Berries are loaded with antioxidants and high in fiber content. Blend your favorite berries with 1 cup of greek yoghurt and top with 1 tsp of chia seeds.

3. Quinoa salad. Mix boiled quinoa, lettuce, chickpeas and a hard boiled egg in a salad bowl. Use honey and lemon juice as dressing.
