Suggested Use
Apply on 3 areas: neck (thyroid area), lower back (kidney area), womb (tummy) area. Put a little cream into belly button. Can also be applied on face, inner arms, buttocks, inner thighs, or any part which has "wobbly flesh/fats" due to hormonal imbalance. Massage until the whitish cream disappears into skin. DO NOT apply on breasts unless the intention is to reduce breast size.
Apply daily to achieve results. Finish one jar in 12-14 days to receive ample nutrients for effects. Stop cream during menses or pregnancy. If you experience pain or cramps during menses, continue to apply Woman Cream during menses.
For maintenance, Woman Cream can be applied on a daily basis for long term even when without symptoms.
Extra tip: How much to apply per time? If massaging cream into skin, if cream gets easily absorbed and skin becomes dry, your body is “hungry” for the nutrients. Apply another layer. If your skin looks "nourished", not dry, that is the maximum you can absorb now.
