Suggested use:
 
As a dietary supplement, teens and adults take 2-4ml in a small amount of water three (3) times daily in between meals. 
Recommended dose for teens and adults: 20 to 40ml per week. 
 
For children 3 to 12 year old,
Recommended dose: 10 to 20drops (1ml = 20drops) in a small amount of water three (3) times daily in between meals. Do not exceed 6 to 12 ml per week. 
 
Always start with a low dose if you are new to the herb.

For gum issues, use as a mouth wash. Mix 10–15 drops echinacea tincture (about 0.5 ml) to 1 cup of warm water (250 mL). Swish 10–15 mL (1 tablespoon) in your mouth for 30–60 seconds. Spit out (do not swallow). Use up to 2–3 times daily.
