Exchange Transfer Refund Policy

Body Inc. aims to provide the best and suitable programs, services and products to each customer. Such transactions are only entered upon customer’s satisfaction and agreement.

 

After services rendered and/or products being purchased, a sale transaction is made in good faith with the customer’s payment and no refunds* or exchanges** or transfers*** are allowed after 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

 

Any refunds, exchanges, or transfers applications of services and/or products purchased from Body Inc are subject to Body Inc. Management’s approval, and shall only be permitted in accordance with this Exchange, Transfer & Refund Policy, as set out below.

 

In any event, any request for exchange, transfer, or refund, of any services and/or products purchased must be made within 5 working days from the date of purchase of the product and/or service, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

 

PRODUCTS
Provided that the non-oral product(s) is still sealed and in unused and good condition, any request for an exchange or refund of product(s) purchased must be made within 5 working days from the date of purchase. A product shall only be exchanged or refunded if it is defective or it does not conform to its description in the sale contract or any terms implied in law.

 

All oral products are NOT exchangeable or refundable. This is due to hygiene and safety reasons as Body Inc. is unable to be held liable for how the products were being stored.

 

This applies to online platforms, outlets or pop-up stores.

 

All products are to be issued or delivered to customers immediately upon payment. We do not store products on behalf of customers.

 

Ala Carte Services / programs
If the program has been utilised: There is strictly no refund once the program has started.

 

If program has not been utilised: Customer(s) is able to request for a change of program before the session starts, provided the right equipment and room are available. The pricing of our program varies accordingly.

 

If the program or services are unsatisfactory: If customer(s) is not satisfied with the services provided by our staff, he/she is able to request for a change of staff within the first 10 minutes of the service. Thereafter, no change is allowed.

 

 
PACKAGES
All prepayments, including but not limited to packages, gift vouchers and membership fee, are limited to 1 year.

 

Prepaid services purchased (not limited to) in-store or any pop-up events, are strictly not refundable, transferable or exchangeable after 5 working days (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

 

Exceptions apply to transfer and exchange if there are supported medical documents with the endorsement of a Singapore licensed medical doctor.

 

REFUNDS, TRANSFERS OR EXCHANGES 
Packages partially utilised within 5 working days:
The used sessions in the package(s) will be calculated based on ala carte prices, and the balance of the amount in the package will be *refunded to the customer. The same method of calculation applies to exchange or transfers.

 

Free of charge (FOC) sessions or values will not be taken into consideration for the above calculation.

 

Packages partially utilised after 5 working days:
There is strictly no refund after 5 working days. If there are supported medical documentations with doctor’s endorsement, customers may opt for exchange to products or another service or transfer the package to another customer. The used sessions in the package(s) will be calculated based on ala carte prices, and the balance of the amount in the package will be used for transfer or exchange.

 

Free of charge (FOC) sessions or values will not be taken into consideration for the above calculation.

 

Packages not consumed after 5 working days:
There is strictly no refund after 5 working days. If there are supporting medical documentations with doctor’s endorsement, customers may opt for an exchange to products or another service or transfer of the package to another customer. The full unused amount in the package(s) will be used for the approved transfer or exchange.

 

EXAMPLE OF APPROVED REFUND
Eg.1 Package price for 50 sessions of Master Cleanse Total Detox is S$1,950. Customer utilised 1 session and requested a refund within 5 working days. Calculation for 1 session used will be based on ala carte price = S$58 Balance package value to be refunded to customer: S$1,950 - S$58 = S$1,892

 

Eg.2 Body Meridian Package of 20 sessions + 2 FOC sessions is $7,600. Customer utilised 5 sessions and requested a refund within 5 working days. Calculation of refund will be $7,600 less $475 x 5 sessions = $5,225. The 2 FOC sessions are not eligible for calculation of refund.

 

Eg.3 Value$ Package of $988 with $100 FV$ (Free Value$). Customer utilised $200 worth of value for services and requested a refund within 5 working days. Calculation of refund will be $988 less $200 = $788. The FV$ is not eligible for refund.

 

Example of approved transfer of the same package to another customer:
Eg.1 After using 1 session, balance amount is S$1,892. Balance number of sessions, equivalent to S$1,892, will be transferred to another customer. No cash refund for the difference in value will be given.

 

Eg.2 Based on Eg. 2 above, only $5,225 can be transferred to another customer. The FOC sessions will not be taken into consideration for calculation.

 

Eg.3 Based on Eg. 3 above, only $788 can be transferred. The FOC value will not be taken into consideration for calculation.

 

Example of approved exchange to another package /products:
Eg. 1 After using 1 session, the balance amount is S$1,892. New package /product is S$1,800. No cash refund for the difference in value will be given.

 

Eg. 2 Based on Eg. 2 above, only $5,225 can be used for exchange to another package/product. The FOC sessions will not be taken into consideration for calculation.

 

Eg. 3 Based on Eg. 3 above, only $788 can be used for exchange to another package/products. The FOC value will not be taken into consideration for calculation. At the expiration of the package, unused values are strictly not refundable, transferable or exchangeable.

 

APPLIES TO PRODUCTS, ALA CARTE PACKAGES AND PROGRAMS 
Application of exchange, transfer or refund with incomplete forms/documents or without original receipts will not be accepted for processing.

 

* All approved refunds will be made within 60 working days (from the day of approval) in the following mode:
• For Cash & Nets: Refund to be made via Bank Transfer
• For Credit Cards: Refund to be made via Credit Card

 

(7% administration fee applies for all refunds)

 

** Approved exchanges are final. Product(s) or package(s) exchanged must be of the same value. No cash refund for the difference in value will be given if the item exchanged is of a lower value.
*** Approved transfers are final. Transfer of packages to another customer or to another package must be of the same value. No cash refund for the difference in value will be given if the new package is of a lower value.
