Elder flower has been used traditionally to treat sinusitis, colds, influenza, nasopharyngeal congestion, scarlet fever, hay fever, chronic nasal catarrh with deafness, bronchitis and cough. Gentle stimulating expectorant. Relax bronchial spasm and facilitate removal of mucous.
 
For better immune support and maintenance, mix a combo of Elder Flower + Nettle Leaf + Ribwort + Echinacea in a small amount of water and drink daily for 4-8 weeks. 
 
Properties: Anti-viral, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial, diuretic, anti-pyrectic
 
Suggested use: 
As a dietary supplement, 6-12 drops (3-12 years old)/ 1-2ml (teens/adults) in a small amount of water three (3) times daily in between meals. 
Recommended dose per week: 5 to 13 ml (children)/ 15 to 40ml (teens/adults) 
 
Always begin with a lower dose when first introducing the herb.
