Maintains healthy cholesterol levels. Artichoke leaf has been used as a hepatoprotective, choleretic (bile-increasing) and diuretic in traditional European medicine since Roman times.
 
Suitable for people with hypercholesterolaemia (high levels of "bad" cholesterol (LDL) in the blood), metabolic syndrome, NAFLD (Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease), hypertension, chronic hepatitis, functional dyspepsia, alcoholic hangovers, anorexia, diabetes, digestive complaints, gallbladder disorders and liver insufficiency.
 
Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1-3ml in a small amount of water three (3) times daily in between meals. 
Recommended dose: 20 to 55ml per week. 
 
For best effects on cholesterol health, take Globe Artichoke with Clinc and Miracal. For those without daily bowel, add dandelion root.
