Suggested use:
Teens & Adults
As a dietary supplement, take 1-2ml in a small amount of water three (3) times daily in between meals. For insomnia, take 4-5ml once (1) daily, before bedtime. 
Recommended dose: 20 to 40ml per week. 
 
Children 3–6 Years
Begin with 1–2 drops diluted in half a cup of water, three (3) times daily between meals. Increase gradually to 3–6 drops as needed.
Recommended weekly intake: 3–6 mL
 
Children 7–12 Years
Take 6–12 drops (1 mL = 20 drops) diluted in a small amount of water, three (3) times daily between meals.
Recommended weekly intake: 6–12 mL
