Marshmallow Root is traditionally used to relieve gastritis, gastric and peptic ulceration, bronchial irritation, dry cough and naso-pharyngeal congestion. It forms a gentle mucosal coating that calms inflammation, reduces irritation and supports tissue repair. With additional antimicrobial, antitussive, gastroprotective and mild immunomodulating properties, it is well-suited for dyspepsia and gastrointestinal infections.

Marshmallow root is particularly useful when irritation + dryness + inflammation are dominant:
Gastritis (especially “burning + raw” sensation) 
Acid reflux / GERD (symptomatic relief) 
Esophageal irritation 
Post-antibiotic gut irritation 
IBS with hypersensitivity 
Sore gut lining after infection (e.g., gastroenteritis recovery)
Supports mucosal integrity (tight junction support indirectly)
 
Suggested use:
Teens & Adults
As a dietary supplement, take 1–2 ml (1 ml = 20 drops) diluted in a small amount of water, three (3) times daily, preferably between meals.
Recommended weekly intake: 20–40 ml
 
Children 3–6 Years
Begin with 1–2 drops diluted in half a cup of water, three (3) times daily between meals. Increase gradually to 3–6 drops as needed.
Recommended weekly intake: 3–6 ml
 
Children 7–12 Years
Take 6–12 drops (1 ml = 20 drops) diluted in a small amount of water, three (3) times daily between meals.
Recommended weekly intake: 6–12 ml
 
Always begin with a lower dose when first introducing the herb.
