Nettle is nutritive. Rich in chlorophyll, minerals such as iron, calcium and silica and vitamins. Anti-allergenic. Suitable for chronic skin diseases e.g. eczema. Strengthens natural resistance. Nursing mothers as a postpartum herbal tonic for anemia and as a galactagogue.

Ingredients: Organic Nettle (Urtica dioica) Leaf Extract 1000mgꝉ
Other ingredients: ethanol <23%, purified water.

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, teens and adults take 1-2ml in a small amount of water three (3) times daily in between meals.
Recommended dose: 15 to 40ml per week.
For children 3-6 years old
Recommended dose: Start with 1 to 2 drops in a small amount of water (half cup) three (3) times daily in between meals. Increase to 5-10 drops when necessary. Do not exceed 2.5 to 6 ml (1ml = 20drops) per week.
For children 7-12 year old
Recommended dose: 10 to 20 drops (1ml = 20drops) in a small amount of water three (3) times daily in between meals. Do not exceed 5 to 12 ml per week.
Always start with a low dose if you are new to the herb.
