Suitable for those with insomnia due to mental restlessness, irritability with difficulty in falling asleep, epilepsy, generalised anxiety disorder, nervous excitability, over-active brain, hyper-active children, hysteria, alcoholism, twitching of limbs, neuralgia, constrictive headache, rapid heartbeat, pain of shingles. 
 
In vitro—Passionflower has a good level of antibacterial activity against a number of strains of Helicobacter pylori.
 
Actions: hypnotic, vasodilator, antispasmodic, mild sedative and analgesic without leaving depression. Hypotensor, tranquilliser, CNS relaxant, strengthens the heart muscle.

Hyperactivity: Skullcap + Hops (adults only) + Passionflower
Insomnia: Skullcap + Passionflower + Valerian
Hysteria, epilepsy and assist withdrawal of alcohol/drug addiction: Skullcap + Passionflower + Hops (adults only) + Valerian
 
Suggested use:
Teens & Adults
As a dietary supplement, take 1-2ml in a small amount of water three (3) times daily in between meals.
Recommended dose: 15 to 40ml per week.
For insomnia, if you are adding other herbs, do not exceed a combined dose of 5ml per time. E.g. 2ml passionflower + 1ml valerian + 2ml skullcap = 5ml max dose for the night.
 
Children 7–12 Years
As a dietary supplement, take 6-12 drops diluted in half a cup of water, three (3) times daily between meals.
Recommended weekly intake: 5–13 mL

Not intended for use during pregnancy.
Could cause drowsiness. Whether concomitant use of high doses of Passionflower adversely affects people's ability to drive a car or operate heavy machinery should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
