Suggested Use
Apply on 3 areas: neck (thyroid area), shoulders (if there is bump), lower back (kidney area), womb (tummy) area. Put a little cream into belly button. Can also be applied on face, inner arms, buttocks, inner thighs, or any part which has "wobbly flesh/fats" due to hormonal imbalance. Massage until the whitish cream disappears into skin. DO NOT apply on breasts unless the intention is to reduce breast size.
Apply daily to achieve results. Finish one jar in 12-14 days to receive ample nutrients for effects. Stop cream during menses or pregnancy. If you experience pain, cramps, spotting or longer periods during menses, continue to apply Woman Cream during menses to help rebalance the hormones.
