Suitable for those with insomnia, nervous exhaustion, tension, anxiety, chorea, epilepsy including grand mal, restless sleep, hysteria, neuralgia, headaches of nervous origin.
 
Historical uses: Hydrophobia (rabies); alcoholism; headaches from incessant coughing; rickets.
 
Nutritional constituents: magnesium, manganese and phosphorus
 
Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 1ml (3-12 years old)/ 2-3ml (teens/adults) in a small amount of water three (3) times daily in between meals. 
Recommended dose per week: 10-20ml (children), 30 to 60ml (teens/adults)
 
Always begin with a lower dose when first introducing the herb.
