Valerian + lemon balm —this combination may help dyssomnia and general motor restlessness (as occurs in ADHD) in children under 12 years old.
Suitable for stress, nervousness, restlessness, insomnia due to nervous conditions, hypertension (especially related to stress), irritable bowel syndrome, dyspepsia, menstrual pain/cramps, muscle and intestinal cramps, migraine and epilepsy.

Adults with insomnia – valerian + lemon balm + skullcap
Children with insomnia - valerian + lemon balm to support restlessness and nervous sleep disturbance.
Chronic Insomnia: Skullcap + Passionflower + Valerian
Suggested use:
It may take 1-2 weeks for valerian to take effect in insomnia cases.
Teens & Adults
As a dietary supplement, take 1-2ml in a small amount of water three (3) times daily in between meals.
Recommended dose: 15 to 40ml per week.
For insomnia, if you are adding other herbs, do not exceed a combined dose of 5ml per time. E.g. 2ml passionflower + 1ml valerian + 2ml skullcap = 5ml max dose for the night.
Children 7–12 Years
As a dietary supplement, take 6-12 drops diluted in half a cup of water, three (3) times daily between meals.
Recommended weekly intake: 5–13 mL
