Bloated, Weight Problems, Female, 48 yr old.

Updated: Mar 18, 2022

This client had weight increased from 54 to 57kg within 2 wks in Dec 2018 and it had not gone down despite all that she tried. She went for HIIT as she thought HIIT would help her lose weight. But she became swollen. She was often bloated and need ginger tea to make her tummy comfortable.

When she came in Apr 19, her Visceral fat was at unhealthy level 6. Eating meat and chicken often made her feel they are "stuck in the chest".

She had cravings for crackers and cakes while stressed.

My team put her on our #2OneResetDetoxProgram at @bodyinc. On the 9th day of detox, she lost 3kg and VF dropped a level. Her stubborn weight was mainly due to poor digestion. I taught her to avoid food that contains wheat and yeast.

Saw her yesterday.. She had been maintaining her VF and weight well from May 19 till now. No weight rebound and no more bloating issues. She understands now what makes a difference to bloating is the ingredients in food. She has always checked on the ingredient list of each food before she decides what to eat nowadays.

She reckons that kueh is better than bread. Kueh is made from rice flour, glutinous rice flour, glutinous rice, tapioca flour or green bean (mung bean) flour.

Bread is mainly made from wheat flour and yeast which can cause bloatedness.

Hence she has been choosing the better snacks like kueh and siew mai instead of bread. Well, siew mai skin is made from wheat. However they are thin and perhaps she never eat a lot, siew mai doesn't cause bloating in her. I was very pleased with my very diligent student lolxx... She learns well.

Bloating is mainly due to the wrong food we eat. Choose the right one and save yourself from unnecessary visits to doctors and drugs.
