Dizziness, Gastric, Migraine, 44 yr old.

Updated: Mar 18, 2022

First saw this client on 1 March 2019. She has been suffering from dizzy spells for 3 years. It happened almost everyday. She also had very bad gastric and acid reflux, diagnosed with helicobacter pylori bacteria. This bacteria can cause sores, called ulcers, in the stomach lining or the upper part of your small intestine.

For some people, an infection can lead to stomach cancer.

She also suffered from migraine which could cause vomiting. Seen TCM and Chiropractor, all didn't work. She had knee pain and rheumatism. Always stiff neck and couldn't fall asleep. I got her on detox program. Guided her in what she should avoid in her diet. She used to take fried bee hoon, bread, noodles etc. I asked her where was the proper food like vegetables, fruits and meat? Her diet was potential for inflammation. Too acidic for the body. She must change her entire way of eating.

Yesterday I saw her again after a week of detox. No more dizzy spells, no more gastric, no more migraine. She also lost weight 1.3kg and dropped visceral fat from 6 to 5.

She was very happy that she could eat and still lose weight. I explained that losing weight has nothing to do with calories. In fact, all my clients EAT MORE TO LOSE WEIGHT.

Just eat right!

My daily challenge as a health coach is to get my client to eat more. They are all sooooo afraid to eat! You need nutrients to function well. No medicine, treatment or supplements can replace food. We seriously need re-education for what is called a healthy diet.
